Hollywood will once again stop traffic in D.C. Sunday: City officials announced they will shut down Teddy Roosevelt Bridge for two brief periods -- from 8:20 to 9:10 a.m., and from 1 to 1:30 p.m. -- for the filming of a movie. If the project's title, "Freezer Burn," sounds less than thrilling -- well, duh, a bit of Googling will tell you it's the code name linked to the big "Captain America" sequel.
